We recommend award of the contract to the low bidder, Fisher-Stoune, Inc., at their low bid <br /> price of $ 5,828.00. This recommendation of award, based on the receipt of one bid, is <br /> considered reasonable in this case due to the relative value of the work, closeness to the <br /> Engineer's estimate and the need to complete the work without further delay. <br /> City staff will be available to answer any questions that the Council may have at the meeting. <br />
