SCHEDULE: <br /> Design work for the 2016 Street Restoration Project and 2016 Concrete Street Improvement <br /> Project is currently underway and the plans will need to be reviewed by IDOT once complete. The <br /> projects are planned to begin in July or August and be completed by October. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATION: <br /> 1. Budget Impact: The proposed resolutions appropriate $1,220,000 in State Motor Fuel Tax <br /> funds for the Street Restoration project and $300,000 in State Motor Fuel Tax funds for the <br /> Concrete Street Improvement project, for a total appropriated amount of$1,520,000 in State <br /> Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> 2. Staffing Impact: Staff time has been allocated for managing these projects. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There are no known objections to these resolutions. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Illinois Department of Transportation <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Richard Marley, Public Works Director, Matt Newell, City Engineer and <br /> Griffin Enyart, Civil Engineer II.
