RESOLUTION NO. R2016-52 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH MICROSURFACING <br /> CONTRACTORS, LLC FOR MICROSURFACING, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2015-24 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2015-24, Microsurfacing <br /> project be, and they are hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Microsurfacing Contractors, LLC be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded accordingly, and that said contract between Microsurfacing Contractors and the City <br /> of Decatur is for a total amount of$900,000.00 in Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> Section 3.
