RESOLUTION NO. R2016-84 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER TO THE <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BAINBRIDGE, GEE, MILANSKI & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR <br /> DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE STARR CREST PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2014-32 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Engineering Services Agreement between Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski <br /> & Associates, Inc., and the City of Decatur, for design services far the Starr Crest Pump Station <br /> Improvement be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended to authorize a Change Order in <br /> the amount of$10,500, for a total not to exceed $73,808. <br /> Section 2.
