Mayor Pro-Tem William F. Oliver presided in the absence of <br /> Mayor Erik C. Brechnitz; together with him being Councilmen Stephen F. John, William 1Vfitchell, <br /> Kent N. M'ittelberg and Shirley M. Moore. Councilman Randolph L. Van Alstine vvas absent. <br /> Five members were present and two were absent. Mayor Pro-Tem Oliver declared a quorum <br /> present. <br /> City Manager James C. Bacon, Jr. attended the meeting. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to the current agreements with the <br /> three city unions. No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman 1V�itchell moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Mittelberg, and on call of the roll, Councilmen John, M'itchell, IVfittelberg, Moore and <br /> Oliver voted aye.
