APRIL 10, 1995 <br /> The City Council of the City of Decatw, Illinois met in Closed, Executive Session in the <br /> City Council Conference Room. Mayor Erik C. Brechnitz presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen Stephen F. John, William Iviitchell,Kent N. Mittelberg, Shirley M. Moore,William F. <br /> Oliver and Randolph L. Van Alstine. All seven members were present. Mayor Brechnitz declared <br /> a quorum present. <br /> City Manager 7ames C. Bacon, Jr. attended the meeting. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to the employment contract of City <br /> Manager Tim Bacon.. No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman M'ittelberg moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Moore, and on call of the roll, Councilmen John, lV�itchell,Ivfittelberg,Moore, Oliver, <br /> Van Alstine and Mayor Brechnitz voted aye.
