Mayor Terry M. Howley presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen IVLchael T. Carrigan, Larry W. Foster, Lou Ann Jacobs, William 11�itchell and Kent <br /> N. Nfittelberg. Councilman William F. Oliver was absent. Six members were present and one was <br /> absent. Mayor Howley declared a quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to land acquisition. No formal action <br /> was taken. <br /> Councilman Foster moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Jacobs, and on call of the roll, Councilmen Camgan, Foster, Jacobs, Iviitchell, <br /> Mittelberg and Mayor Howley voted aye.
