Mayor Terry M. Howley presided; together with him being <br /> Councilman IvLchael T. Carrigan, Larry W. Foster, Lou Ann Jacobs, William Mrtchell, Kent N. <br /> 11Tittelberg and William F. Oliver. All seven members were present. Mayor Howley declared a <br /> quorum present. <br /> The first item of business was a discussion relative to land acquisition of the R.D. <br /> McMllen facility in the Near Northside Redevelopment area and the 200 block of North Water <br /> Street. No formai action was taken. <br /> The final item of business was a discussion relative to employment of the City Manager. <br /> No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman 1V�ittelberg moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman iviitchell, and on call of the roll, Councilmen Carrigan, Foster, Jacobs, 11�tchell, <br /> 11Tittelberg, Oliver, and Mayor Howley voted aye.
