CITY COUNCII.MINUTES <br /> MONDAY. NOVEMBER 20, 1995 <br /> The City Council of the City of Decatw, Illinois, met in Closed, Executive Session in the <br /> City Council Conference Room. Mayor Terry M. Howiey presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen 1Vlichael T. Carrigan, Larry W. Foster, Lou Ann Jacobs, William IVfitchell, Kent N. <br /> Nfittelberg, and William F. Oliver. All seven members were present. Mayor Howley declared a <br /> quorum present. <br /> The first item of business was a discussion relative to land acquisition for the Rt. 48 <br /> Industrial Park and the inter-modal transit site at North Main and East North Streets. No formal <br /> action was taken. <br /> The final item of business was a discussion regarding employment of the City Manager. <br /> No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman lviittelberg moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Oliver, and on call of the roll, Councilmen Carrigan, Foster, Jacobs, 11�I'itchell, <br /> Mittelberg, Oliver, and Mayor Howley voted aye.
