, T <br /> CITY COUNCII.MINUTES <br /> MONDAY. APRIL 29, 1996 <br /> The City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, met in Closed, Executive Session in the <br /> City Council Conference Room. Mayor Terry M. Howley presided; together with him being <br /> Councilmen Michael T. Carrigan, Larry W. Foster, Lou Ann Jacobs, William Ivfitchell, Kent N. <br /> Mittelberg, and William F. Oliver. All seven members were present. Mayor Howley declared a <br /> quorum present. <br /> The only item of business was a discussion relative to land acquisition. City staff <br /> discussed a request of Richard Heinkel, P1aMor Bowling Center, to sell city owned land near his <br /> building. No formal action was taken. <br /> Councilman IVfittelberg moved the meeting be reopened to the public; seconded by <br /> Councilman Jacobs, and on call of the roll, Councilmen Carrigan, Foster, Jacobs, Ivfitchell, <br /> M'ittelberg, Oliver and Mayor Howley voted aye.
