RESOLUTION NO. R96-83 RESOLUTION AMENDING FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PLAN II ADOPTION AGREEMENT SECTION 125 CAFETERIA PLANS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, II,LINOIS: SECTION 1. That Article C of the City of Decatur's Flexible Benefits Plan II Adoption Agreement, approved by the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, on February 17, 1992, be and is hereby, modified and amended so that, as modified and amended, said Article C shall provide for the eligibility of non-probationary employees subject to the labor agreement between the City of Decatur and Loca1 Union 505, International Association of Fire Fighters, AFI,-CIO, CLC, to participate in the City of Decatur's Flexible Benefits Plan, effective August 1, 1996, as authorized by United States Internal Revenue Code, Section 125. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to sign this Adoption Agreement, as amended, on behalf of the City of Decatur, Illinois.
