The material threat of a release from an existing above ground <br /> waste oil tank at tlie Sears Automobile Service Center. <br />� The ur ose of this ESA was to iden if n r I <br /> p p t y ge e a environmental conditions and potential <br />� environmental liabilities from past or current activities at the subject site, or on surrounding <br /> properties, which might impact the subject site. Significant potential environmental <br />� concerns consist of the presence or likely presence of hazardous substances or petroleum <br /> products on the site, under conditions that indicate an existing release, a past release or <br />� a material threat of a release into the environment. Hazardous substances include those <br /> as identified under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability <br /> Act (CERCLA), as amended, and State law. Petroleum products include crude oil and any <br />� refined fractions thereof, such as gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, used oil, etc. and natural gas <br /> products.
