R95_172 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal of Harza / Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc., be <br /> accepted and a contract be awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 2.
