AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING <br /> � ! <br /> � CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this / g � day of <br /> 19�by and between HARZA ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC., <br /> an Illinois corporation ("Engineer"), and the Ciry of Decatur, Illinois ("Client"). <br /> Client wishes to retain the services of an engineering consultant for the purpose of <br /> �� � <br /> � <br /> performing a Water Resources/Storage/Production Study (the Project ); and <br /> Engineer is willing to perform services for the compensation and in accordance with <br /> the terms and conditions described in this Agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits which will result to <br /> � the parties in carrying out the terms of this Agreement, it is agreed as follows: <br /> 1. STATEMENT OF SERVICES <br /> Engineer agrees to perform engineering consultant services as defined in the Scope <br /> of Services, attached as Appendix I and made a part of this Agreement. <br /> 2.
