, � <br /> Project Schedule, Milestones and Deliverables <br /> Given the importance of this study for the Client, an aggressive schedule for the completion of <br /> the water resources/storage/production study has been established. As proposed, the project will <br /> lead up to the submittal of a draft project report approximately four months after the start of the <br /> study. The final project report and presentation to the City Council will be made within a period <br /> of roughly four weeks following submittal of the draft report, depending on the period of time <br /> required for review of the draft and incorporation of comments. <br /> Milestones and Deliverables <br /> In order to facilitate management and tracking of the progress of the project, specific interim <br /> milestones and deliverables have been identified. The proposed schedule for these milestones <br /> and deliverables is shown in the attached Exhibit 1. The work plan is structured to include <br /> significant milestones or deliverables at intervals of no more than two weeks.
