R 95-169 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PLAN II <br />' ADOPTION AGREEMENT <br /> SECTION 125 CAFETERIA PLANS <br /> II <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TI� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECAT <br /> � <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1. That Article C of the City of Decatur's Flexible Benefits Plan II Adoption <br /> Agreement, approved by the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, on February 17, 1992, <br /> be and is hereby, modified and amended so that, as modified and amended, said Article C shall <br /> provide for the eligibility of non-probationary employees subject to the labor agreement between <br /> the City of Decatur and the Decatur Police Benevolent and Protective Association Labor <br /> Committee to participate in the City of Decatur's Fle�ble Benefits Plan, effective January 1, 1996, <br /> as authorized by U. S. Internal Revenue Code, Section 125. <br /> SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to sign <br /> this Adoption Agreement, as amended, on behalf of the City of Decatur, Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 1995. <br /> <------� <br /> Terry M.
