<br /> *Customer will supply HTE with files in specified format on specified electronic media.
<br /> **Information for file conversion of Location Master files will be supplied by Customer to HTE-PSI on HTE-PSI specified form
<br /> and media. For the Cobol file conversion,only data and files usable by HTE-PSI programs will be converted.
<br /> Additional workstations beyond the number specified above(100)inay be added for additional license and maintenance
<br /> fees. Installation charges would also apply if HTE-PSI personnel are utilized for this task.
<br /> Actual and reasonable travel and living expenses are in addition to the prices quoted for the applications and will be invoiced
<br /> as incurred.
<br /> Project Management Services will primarily be developing and maintaining an overall project installation plan. This
<br /> includes an implementation plan;identifying and tracking project deliverables including hardware, software applications
<br /> and services by subcontractors;and tracking key project milestones. The appropriate parties will be issued a formal
<br /> DECA-A.XLS
