� , R � <br /> EXhlblt B <br /> 2.1.13 Unless expressly authorized herein, Licensee shall make no copies, archival or <br /> otherwise, in whole or in part, of any Program(s), except insofar as ordinary use of any <br /> Program(s) as prescribed by Motorola shall create a copy thereof. <br /> 22 CATEGORY ONE SOFTWARE LICENSE: <br /> In addition to the rights and conditions set forth in Section 2.1 above, Motorola hereby further <br /> grants to Licensee a personal, nonexclusive Category One Software License for any Category <br /> One Program(s) provided to Licensee by Motorola. <br /> "Category One" Program(s) are defined as at least including those Programs included in all <br /> Infrastructure Equipment provided to Licensee. <br /> A Category One Software License shall contain the following terms and provisions (in the event of <br /> any conflict between the terms set forth in Section 2.1 and those set forth in Section 2.2, the <br /> terms set fo�th in Section 2.2 shall prevail with respect to the specific terms in conflict): <br /> 2.2.1 The Licensee may have up to four (4) archival copies of a Category One Program in <br /> existence at any one time, which archival copies shall only be used to backup the original <br /> Program(s). <br /> 23 CATEGORY TWO SOFfWARE LICENSE: <br /> In addition to the rights and conditions set forth in Section 2.1 above, Motorola hereby further <br /> grants to Licensee a personal, nonexclusive Category Two Software License for any Category <br /> Two Program(s) provided to Licensee by Motorola. <br /> "Category Two" Program(s) are defined as at least incfuding those Programs that are Embedded <br /> in Subscriber Units provided to Licensee. <br /> A Category Two Software License shall contain the following terms and provisions (in the event of <br /> any conflict between the terms set forth in Section 2.1 and those set forth in Section 2.3, the <br /> terms set forth in Section 2.3 shall prevail with respect to the specific terms in conflict): <br /> 2.3.1 Not used. <br /> 2.3.2 Licensee may use a Category Two Program(s) in its Embedded form in a corresponding <br /> Motorola Product without Site restriction, unless othen+vise agreed to in writing by Motorola and ', <br /> the Licensee. ' <br /> 24 CATEGORY THREE SOFTWARE LICENSE: II <br /> In addition to the rights and conditions set forth in Section 2.1 above, Motorola hereby further _ <br /> grants to Licensee a personal, nonexclusive Category Three Software License for any Category <br /> Three Program(s) provided to Licensee by Motorola. <br /> "Category Three" Programs are defined as at least including those Programs identified by <br /> Motorola as°Radio Service Software." <br /> Contract No. 95-10192/IL 4 11/1M95 <br />
