RESOLUTION NO. R95-148 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the agreement presented to the Council herewith between the State of <br /> Illinois, Department of Transportation and the City providing for modernization of the traffic <br /> signal systems at the intersections of Franklin Street and Main Street with William Street, Prairie <br /> Street, West Main Street and Decatur Street, and the same is hereby received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1995. <br /> �_.
