g. Prepare preliminary cost estunates of alternative technologies and related benefit/cost <br /> ratios. <br /> h. Attend periodic progress meetings with CITY staff. <br /> I. Fumish ten(10)copies of the Design Concept Report consisting of a summary of all <br /> the data and information studied, economic analysis of the various alternaxives, and <br /> the recommended rehabilitation strategy. <br /> j. Be available to assist City staff in its presentation to the City Council in the event this <br /> is necessary. <br /> 3. Design Services - To perform or be responsible for the performance of the following <br /> engineering services for the CITY in connection with the proposed PROJECT hereinbefore <br /> described. <br /> a. Perform a control survey to accurately locate sewer structures in reference to <br /> property lines, easements, etc. <br /> b. Prepare detailed construction drawings for the selected rehabilitation method with <br /> scheduled review by the CITY and the Sanitary District of Decatur at approximately <br /> the 50 and 90 percent completion stages. <br /> c. Prepare detailed specifications and contract bidding documents, ie. PROJECT <br /> MANUAL, of the selected rehabilitation method. Said PROJECT MANUAL to <br /> contain as a minimum the following sections: <br /> Officials <br /> Index <br /> Advertisement for Bids <br /> Instructions to Bidders <br /> Contractor's Proposal <br /> Non-Collusion Aff davit <br /> Bidder's Proof of Responsibility <br /> Agreement <br /> Performance-Payment Bond <br /> General Conditions <br /> Special Conditions <br /> Prevailing Wage Rates <br /> Equal Employment Conditions <br /> Standards <br /> Detailed Specifications <br /> d.
