That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 9509, Traffic Signal <br /> Improvements, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Egizii Electric, Inc., be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Egizii Electric, Inc., for <br /> said improvement for their bid price of$302,159.44. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 18th day of Septe , 1995. <br /> M.
