That no connection to the Village syste o <br /> except by a plumber licensed by the State of Illinois or by an employee of the Village. <br /> 6. That the Village shall not furnish water service through its system to any premises unless <br /> said premises are served by and connected with a properly installed and operating sanitary waste <br /> disposal facility which may include a properly operating and installed septic tank system <br /> conforming with the specifications, standards and regulations of the State of Illinois regarding <br /> such system. <br /> 7. That during the term of this Agreement, the City shall furnish to the Village treated and <br /> potable water from the water works system of the City, the delivery point to be agreed upon by <br /> the Village and the City. The Village shall be responsible for all expenses for connection to the <br /> City water system. Plans and specifications for such connection shall be approved by the City <br /> Director of Public Works. The quantity of water to be so furnished shall be limited to not to <br /> exceed an average of 120,000 gallons per day; provided that, no water shall be furnished under <br /> the provisions hereof for more than seven (7) consecutive days, or for the second, or subsequent, <br /> of any two (2) or more continuous periods of time of any length within a six (6) month period, <br /> without the written consent of the City Manager, and provided further that no water shall be so <br /> furnished for more than thirty (30) days within any calendar year unless approved by the Council <br /> of the Ci . <br /> tY . <br /> 8. That at said delivery point or points, the Village sha11 furnish and install to City <br /> standards and specifications metering and regulating devices which shall remain the property of <br /> the Village and by it made accessible to the City for reading and inspection.
