. � <br /> RESOLUTION NO. �� � �� d <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TI�PROPOSAL AND <br /> AUTHORIZING TI�EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> REA'S BRIDGE TEMPORARY DAMS STUDY <br /> CITY PROJECT 9430 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII,OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City has requested proposals for engineering services for City Project <br /> 9430, Rea's Bridge Temporary Dams Study. <br /> Section 2. That the proposal of Blank, Wesselink, Cook& Associates/Harza Engineering <br /> be accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Blank, Wesselink, Cook <br /> &Associates/Harza Engineering for engineering services for their proposed price of$22,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1995. <br /> RRY M.
