That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 9507, Conventional <br /> Resurfacing, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company be accepted and a contract awaxded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Dunn Company for said <br /> improvement for their bid price of$525,390.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1995.
