� 1 . . <br /> . , " � <br /> organizations providing services to senior citizens, in a manner substantially similar to the <br /> directory of same published and distributed by the City's Office on Aging as of April, 1995. The <br /> newsletter and the directory sha11 be provided free of charge to senior citizens who are residents <br /> of the City of Decatur, the newsletter to not less than 8,000 persons per issue, on average, and the <br /> directory of services to not less than 6,000 persons per year. <br /> 4. REPORTS. A. The Center sha11 furnish monthly reports to the City's Department of <br /> Community Development, in a form satisfactory to the Director of said Department, detailing the <br /> Center's compliance with the service standards established hereby, and such other information as <br /> such Director deems material and relevant to the purposes hereof, both for the applicable month <br /> and for the ear-to-date. At the same time such re orts are furnished as herein re uired the <br /> Y P q � <br /> Center shall provide minutes of its last preceding regular monthly board of directors meeting. The <br /> City shall not be obligated to pay any fees to the Center for any month until the City has received <br /> such report and minutes, subject to the provisions of paragraph 5. <br /> B. Within thirty (30) days of the beginning of the term of this Agreement, the <br /> Center shall provide the City with the following: <br /> (1) a mission statement adopted by the board of directors <br /> of the Center expressing commitment to the goals and objectives of <br /> this Agreement; <br /> (2) a list of the names and addresses of the members of said <br /> board. <br /> C. Such reports and other information as are required hereby may be audited by <br /> the City at the discretion of the Director of Community Development, and the Center shall <br /> cooperate fully in such effort. <br />
