The Center shall publish and distribute, as described herein, a bi-monthly <br /> newsletter and a directory of services. The bi-monthly newsletter shall discuss and describe the <br /> services available from the Center, provide dates for upcoming events and program deadlines, and <br /> generally keep readers apprised of local matters relevant to senior citizens. The directory of <br /> services shall contain names, addresses, telephone numbers and brief descriptions of agencies and <br />
