That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Caterpillar Inc. regarding the improvement of traffic signalization at the corner of <br /> North 27th Street and East Pershing Road be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
