R �-5— �O <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF PROPERTY <br /> - 364 WEST WII.LIAM STREET - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Standard Real Estate Purchase Contract presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Decatur Day Care Center providing for the City's <br /> purchase of the property commonly known as 364 West William Street, be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and ratified. <br /> Section 2.
