That a copy of the Agreement for Planning Services between the State of I <br /> Illinois, Department of Transportation and the City of Decatur, Illinois, a copy of which is hereto <br /> attached and made a part hereof, be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign and attest said contract on behalf of the City and that the City Manager be, and he <br /> is hereby, authorized to furnish such additional information or certification as required by the <br /> contract. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day ofMay, 1995. <br /> TERRY .
