I am pleased to
learn that the District is willing to investigate the feasibility of constructing the Hickory Point
West Sewer in this area.
In order to evaluate the feasibility of this sewer extension, the City is willing to participate in
the development of a Facilities Plan, Archeological Survey, and related legal and administrative
costs, consistent with your estimate of April 5, 1995.
The City looks forward to reviewing the results of these studies. Following this review, I
anticipate that the City will want to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the District for the
construction of these facilities.
Sincerely,
. -- c,/Ga
Bruce A McNabb
Director of Public Works I
,p 3
BAM:cek '
 `
Y'
cc: James C.
