• � l. <br /> event shall more than twenty-five (25) days of vacation be paid in <br /> cash to the EMPLOYEE at termination. <br /> SECTION EIGHT. Sick Leave. The EMPLOYEE has accrued sixty- <br /> eighty (68) days of sick leave as of May 1, 1995. Thereafter, the <br /> EMPLOYEE shall earn one ( 1) additional day of sick leave for each <br /> month of service rendered under this Agreement. However, the <br /> maximum amount of sick leave which may be accrued is two hundred <br /> forty (240) days. The EMPLOYEE shall not be entitled to any cash <br /> payment for unused sick leave at the termination of this Agreement. <br /> SECTION NINE. Deferred Compensation. Prior to termination of <br /> this Agreement, and while the EMPLOYEE remains in the employ of the <br /> CITY as its City Manager, the City of Decatur shall contribute <br /> Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) on or before <br /> January 15 of each year to the ICMA Retirement Corporation Deferred <br /> Compensation Plan on behalf of the EMPLOYEE. <br /> SECTION TEN. Automobile Allowance. The EMPLOYEE shall <br /> receive an automobile allowance of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) <br /> per month. This allowance shall compensate the EMPLOYEE for the <br /> use of his personal automobile in the course of CITY business and <br /> shall be paid in lieu of mileage or any other method of <br /> reimbursement. <br /> SECTION ELEVEN. Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund <br /> Contribution. The CITY and EMPLOYEE agree to participate in the <br /> Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) . The CITY agrees to <br /> adopt a resolution recognizing the EMPLOYEE's previous service in <br /> -4- <br />
