L . , <br /> t <br /> �� �F ' <br /> , a . <br /> t � <br /> y "Carveout Area Allocation Percentages" shall mean the percentages that are <br /> to be applied to the Carveout Area Shared Costs to determine the amount of those Shared <br /> Costs each Party shall be obligated to pay. <br /> "City Property Allocation Perc�ntages" shall mean the percentages that are to <br /> be applied to the City Property Shared Costs to determ.ine the amount of those Shared <br /> Costs each Party shall be obligated to pay. ' <br /> 'Past Costs"shall mean the sum of the Carveout Area Past Coszs and the City <br /> Property Past Costs as identified,in Section 3.1. <br /> "Project Manager" shall mean Boelter Environmental Consuitants, or such <br /> other environ.mental consultant with whom, as a Group, contracts with the Parties to <br /> perform the Work. <br /> "Shared Costs" shall mean all costs and expenses paid by the Parties to the <br /> Project Manager for penormanc� of the Work under this Agreement There shall be two <br /> categories of Shared Costs: Carveflut Area Shared Casts and City Property Shared Costs. <br /> "Shar�d Iniormation" shall mean information and documents disciosed or <br /> transmitted among the Parties or their representatives for the purpose of coordinating <br /> activities that are ne�ssary and proper to any of the purposes of this Agreement. <br /> "Work"shall mean the Remedial Investigation, the Feasibility Study, and the <br /> Sourc� Investigation, and work direct�y related the:eto, performed subsequent to the date <br /> of this Agreement by the Project Manager. <br /> 4 <br />
