To coordinate the preparation by the Project Manager of the Work <br /> for the investigation of contamination on the Carveout Area and the City Property as <br /> necessary and appropriate; <br /> b. To rovide for coo eration amon t <br /> p p g he Parties in coordinating with <br /> IEPA as necessary and appropriate; <br />, c. To provide for cooperation among the Parties in responding to <br /> demands, requirements or orders of the IEPA or other governmental authorities exercising <br /> jurisdiction over the Carveout Area and the City Property; <br /> d. To grovide for mana�ement and decision-malang regarding the <br /> performance of the Work; <br /> e. To provide throu�.h Allocation Perc�nta;es, as provided in this <br /> Agreement, for the sharing oi costs incurred to perform the Work; <br /> f. To provide for a covenant not to sue and a tolling of the statute of <br /> limitations as provided in this Agre�ment; <br /> g. To provide for confidentiality of information and documents developed <br /> pursuant to and as provided in this Agreement; <br /> h. To provide for a waiver of any conflicts of interest involving the Parties' <br /> respective environmental consultants, as provided in this A.greement; and <br /> i. To provide a means whereby the Parties can satisfy any contractual, <br /> statutory or equitable obliQarions or liability they may have to each other�to conduct the <br /> � 5 <br />
