' <br /> Y A�RTICL,E 4: THE WO�tK <br /> 4.1 The Project Manager shall conduct a Remedial Investigation ("RI") of <br /> the Carveout Area and City Property. Once completed, the Project Manager shall prepare <br /> separate RI Reports addressing, separateiy, the Carveout Area and the City Property. The <br /> Project Manager shall submit drafts of the RI Reports to representatives of each of the <br /> Parties for review and com.men� The Project Manager shall incorporate into the RI <br /> Reports all comments submitted by the Parties that the Project Manager deems to be <br /> appropriate or relevant. Should the Projert Manager elect to disregard a comment <br /> submitted, the Project Manager shall notify all Parries in writing, of the decision to disre�ard <br /> the comment and the rationale supgortin� that decision. Should a Pariy disa�e� with the <br /> Project Manager's decision to disregard a commeat, the Parties and the Project Manager <br /> shall confer and resolve the disa�e�ment Copies of the final RI Reoorts shall be delivered <br /> to the Parties. The City, Mueler and Borg-Warner agre� to seek jointly, and where <br /> appropriate, IEPA oveniQht of the City Property under an appropriate program authorized <br />� or administered by the State of Illinois , and a,ree to submit the RI Reports to IEPA if <br /> required or appropriate under such program. . <br /> 4.2 The Praject Manager shall conduct a Feasibility Study ("F'S") with <br /> respect to remediarion of the Carveout Area and the City Property. To the extent possible, <br /> the Project Manager shall prepare a report that se�egates the FS as it relates to the <br /> Carveout Area and the City Property. The Project Manager shall submit a draft of the FS <br /> Report to representatives of the Parties for review and comment. The Project Manager <br /> shall incorporate into the FS Report all comments submitted by the Parties that the Project <br /> 7 <br />'� <br />
