Should a Party disagre� with the Project Manager's decision to disregard a commeat, the Parties ' and the Project Manager shall confer and resolve the disa�eement. A copy of the final F'S Report shall be delivered to each Party. The FS Report shall be submitted by the Parties to IEPA if required or appropriate under the program referred to in Section 4.1. 4.3 The Project Manager shall conduct a Source Investigation ("SI"j with respect to the Carveout Area and the City Property. Once completed, the Project Manager shall prepare separate SI Reports addressing, separately, the Carveout Area and the City Property. The Project Manager shall submit drafts of the SI Reports to representatives of the Parties for review and comment The Project Manager shall incorporate into the SI Reports all comments submitted by the Parties and that the Project Mana;er deems to be appropriate or relevant.
