Should the Project Manager elect to <br /> disregard a comment subm.itted, the Project l�ianager shall notify all Parties in writing, of <br /> � the decision to disregard the comment and the rationale supportin' that decision. Should <br /> a Party disagre� with the Project Manager's decision to disregard a commeat, the Parties <br />' and the Project Manager shall confer and resolve the disa�eement. A copy of the final F'S <br /> Report shall be delivered to each Party. The FS Report shall be submitted by the Parties <br /> to IEPA if required or appropriate under the program referred to in Section 4.1. <br /> 4.3 The Project Manager shall conduct a Source Investigation ("SI"j with <br /> respect to the Carveout Area and the City Property. Once completed, the Project Manager <br /> shall prepare separate SI Reports addressing, separately, the Carveout Area and the City <br /> Property. The Project Manager shall submit drafts of the SI Reports to representatives of <br /> the Parties for review and comment The Project Manager shall incorporate into the SI <br /> Reports all comments submitted by the Parties and that the Project Mana;er deems to be <br /> appropriate or relevant. Should the Project Manager elect to disregard a comment <br /> submitted, the Project Manager shall notify all Parties in writing, of the decision to disregard <br /> the comment and the rationale supporting that decision. Should a Party disagree with the 'I <br /> Project Manager's decision to disregard a comment, the Parties and the Project Manager <br /> shall confer and resolve the disagreement. Copies of the final SI Reports shall be delivered <br /> to the Parties. <br /> 4.4 Any Pariy may request that the Project Manager undertake additional <br /> actions to be incorporated as part of the SI. The additional actions requested must be <br /> approved by a majority of the Parties based on the percentage allocations set forth in <br /> 8 <br />
