R �1 ��✓ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORiZING THE APPROVAL OF AN <br /> APPLICATION TO THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF <br /> COMMERCE AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS (DCCA) FOR GRANT <br /> FUNDING AVAII.ABLE THROUGH THE ILLINOIS EMERGENCY <br /> SHELTER GRANTS PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Decatur hereby authorizes the City's approval <br /> in the Emergency Shelter Grants Program to be administered by DOVE, Inc.; and, <br /> WHEREAS, at the request of DOVE, Inc., the City of Decatur is approving the <br /> application of DOVE, Inc. to the State of Illinois Department of Commerce and Community <br /> Affairs for grant funding available through the Emergency Shelter Grants Program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'TI� COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. The City of Decatur sha11 endorse and approve a grant through the Emergency <br /> Shelter Grants Program as requested by DOVE, Inc. <br /> Section 2.
