The STAT� also agrees to pay the lesser of the amounts below for geometric improvements at intersections to accommodate turning movemenls of 80,000 pound trucks in addition to any other funds: a) 50% of tlie cost of the intersection improvements, or b) $10,000 per intersection. 6) The County agrees to pass a resolution clearly defi�iing the limits of the proposed truck route along with identifying the class of 80,000 pound trucic route. A copy of said resolution is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A. Such truck route shall be properly signed in accordance with the Illinois Manual of Uiiiform Traffic Control Devices. The STATE further agrees to reimburse the COLTNTY $20,000 per lane mile and $10,000 per eligible intersection for a total amount of $233,800 from tlie Truck Access Rouie Progz�am upon completion of the in�provement, to include placemeiit of tlie appropriate truck route signs, approval of the f nal payment estimate, and a request for payment by the COUNTY.
