Copies of the lime sludge production records from both water <br /> plants for the years 1983 through 1993. <br /> 2. Water demand projections through the year 2015. <br /> 3. Operating costs for both water plants related to the disposal and <br /> wasting sludge for the years 1988 through 1993. <br /> 4. Storage volume in the sludge storage lagoons at each water plant. <br /> 5. Copies of the operating permits for the sludge storage lagoons. <br /> 6. Analytical test data for the sludge. <br /> 7.
