ATTACHMENT B - COMPENSATION <br /> TO <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> OWNER: CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> SERVICES: WATER PRODUCTION LIME SLUDGE DISPOSAL STUDY <br /> DATE: November 14, 1994 <br /> Owner shall pay the Engineer for the services described in Attachment A <br /> a lump sum fee of $37,285, based on the following schedule: <br /> A. STUDY AND REPORTING, a lump sum fee of $29,845 with periodic <br /> payments due monthly based on the estimated percent complete <br /> up to a maximum of 90 percent. The final of 10 percent is <br /> due upon acceptance of the study by the Owner. <br /> B. WORKSHOP, a lump sum fee of $3, 100. Payment is due following <br /> completion. <br /> C. FINAL PRESENTATION, a lump sum fee of $2,640. Payment due <br /> following completion. <br /> D. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN, a lump sum fee of $1 ,700.
