B. Draft report: <br /> A DRAFT Report shall be submitted for Owner staff review <br /> four (4) months after the initial starting date. Six (6) <br /> copies are to be submitted and all shall include written <br /> documentation including charts, graphs, etc. . <br /> C. Final Report: <br /> A FINAL Report shall be submitted within fifteen (15) days <br /> after the DRAFT Report is returned by Owner' s staff with <br /> comments. The FINAL Report shall include a front and back <br /> cover. Twenty five (25) copies are to be submitted. <br /> D. Recommendation: <br /> The FINAL Report shall list at least three (3) or four (4) <br /> options that the Owner could consider. The consultant shall <br /> include their priority recommendation as number one (1 ) . <br /> III . WORKSHOP <br /> A Workshop shall be conducted in Decatur following the <br /> completion of the Technology Feasibility Review. This Workshop <br /> will be the arena from accomplishing three tasks - 1 ) Review of <br /> project information collected to date including lime sludge <br /> production, regulations, and the survey of comparable plants, <br /> 2) Review technologies for processing, disposal , and beneficial <br /> use, and 3) Screening the alternatives for detailed analysis. <br /> The Workshop is a "brain-storming" session where ideas can be <br /> exchanged and built upon. The Workshop will begin at <br /> approximately 11 :00 a.m. and last approximately four hours. <br /> IV. FINAL PRESENTATION <br /> A presentation shall be make to the City Council following the <br /> completion of the study. The presentation shall be made during <br /> a City Council study session and be limited to approximately 30 <br /> minutes. <br /> V. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br /> The implementation plan shall identify the necessary activities <br /> (steps) needed to carry out the priorty recommendation provided <br /> in the report. The implementation plan shall provided the <br /> Owner with a comprehensive description of each activity and a <br /> graphic summary presented as a time based bar-chart. <br /> W3JAC111494 A-3 <br />
