► ' . <br /> (c) - Liabilitv Losses . Except as hereinafter specified, the <br /> Authority shall not be liable for any deductible or initial <br /> payment as a result of any liability losses but such losses <br /> shall be fully paid, in accordance with the terms of the self- <br /> insurance program and the insurance and reinsurance policies <br /> by a source other than the Authority, to the extent of the <br /> limits of liability as stated in the self-insurance program of <br /> the City. <br /> 3 . 3 Propertv: <br /> (a) - Pa�ment of Losses, Damactes . The City, under the terms <br /> of its self-insurance program, shall pay the Authority for all <br /> physical loss or damage to real and personal property which <br /> are included within the coverages of the self-insurance <br /> program (as described in Exhibit C hereto) and which further <br /> are within the limits of liability of the insurance or <br /> reinsurance policies; <br /> (b) - Authority Payments . The Authority, in addition to <br /> payment of the premiums described in Exhibit A attached hereto <br /> shall further be liable to pay, from its funds, the first <br /> $100 . 00 of damage to any property of the Authority including <br />, under the crime, auto damage and physical damage to equipment <br /> � o ram.
