The Authority shall promptly report to <br /> the Risk Management Division of the City ( "Division" ) on a form <br /> specified by such division, all claims for losses or damages, and <br /> incidents which may fall within the coverage of the self-insurance <br /> program. <br /> 3 .2 Liabilitv: <br /> (a) - InvestiQation, Defense. The City, under the terms of <br /> its self-insurance program, shall undertake the investigation, <br /> review, settlement or defense of liability claims made against <br /> the Authority which claims are included within the coverages <br /> of the self-insurance program (as described in Exhibit C <br /> hereto) and which are within the limits of liability of the <br /> insurance or reinsurance policies; <br /> (b) - Pavment of Losses, DamaQes . Except as hereinafter <br /> specified, the City shall, within the scope of the self- <br /> insurance program and the limits of liability of the insurance <br /> and reinsurance policies pay all of the costs in connection <br /> with the investigation, review and defense of a liability <br /> claim as well as judgments which the Authority is legally <br /> obligated to pay as the result of such claim; <br /> -5- <br />
