� ', ' , <br /> insurance companies presently described in Exhibit D hereof by <br /> which the City provides for liability and property insurance <br /> coverage for payment of losses in addition to and in excess of <br /> losses payable by the City from its own loss fund ( "loss fund" ) as <br /> described in Exhibit B and which policies are considered a part of <br /> the City's self-insurance program. <br /> ARTICLE II <br /> INSURING AGREEMENTS <br /> 2 . 1 Accord. In consideration of the payment of the premium <br /> stated on Exhibit A and subject to all the terms, conditions and <br /> exclusions enumerated in the insurance and reinsurance policies, <br /> the City agrees with the Authority to provide protection to the <br /> Authority against liability and property damage or loss which may <br /> occur during the term of this Agreement to the Authority which is <br /> included in and covered by the City's self-insurance program. <br /> 2 .2 Authority Status . The Authority shall be considered an <br /> assured under the terms of the self-insurance program and insurance <br /> and reinsurance policies of the City the same as if the Authority <br /> were named therein as an assured but subject to all the terms, <br /> conditions and exclusions of such program and policies . <br /> 2 . 3 Coveractes . The coverages included in the self-insurance <br /> program and under which the Authority would be insured, include <br /> those listed on Exhibit C attached hereto, provided however, <br /> subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in the <br /> insurance and reinsurance policies . <br /> -4- <br /> � <br />
