In this Agreement, unless a different <br /> meaning clearly appears from the context: <br /> (a) Self-Insurance Program means that program generally <br /> described in Exhibit B by which the City protects itself <br /> against property damage or loss, or, against liability which <br /> may be imposed upon it or one of its employees for a tortious <br /> act under common or statutory law or imposed upon it by the <br /> Workers ' Compensation Act or other acts for protection of <br /> workers, including the coverages and limits of liability as <br /> described in Exhibits C and D (since the insurance policies <br /> for the 1994-1995 policy term are in effect but have not yet <br /> been issued to the City by the insurers, Exhibit D is a copy I <br /> of certain portions of the policies issued to the City for the <br /> 1993-1994 policy term which describe the same limits and <br /> coverages as the 1994-1995 policies) ; <br /> (b) Authoritv shall mean not only the Authority as hereinabove <br /> described but also the Authority's Board, officers and <br /> employees of the Authority when acting within the scope of <br /> their respective duties and authority; <br /> (c) Insurance and Reinsurance Policies mean those insurance <br /> contracts entered into by the City effective during the term <br /> of this Agreement with various liability and property <br /> -3- <br />
