That the Annexation Agreement submitted to the Council herewith between <br /> the City of Decatur and Robert E. McCane and Mabel M. McCane and Mark Unruh d/b/a Sun N <br /> Fun of Decatur, regarding the annexation of territory located generally east of MacArthur Road <br /> and north of Sun and Fun Court and legally described on said Agreement, be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
