� r <br /> ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> This Annexation Agreement made by and between the City of Decatur, Illinois, a <br /> municipal corporation, ("City"), and Robert E. McCane and Mable M. McCane, husband and <br /> wife, (hereinafter "McCanes") and Mark Unruh, d/b/a Sun N Fun of Decatur, (hereinafter <br /> "Unruh" <br /> WHEREAS, McCanes are the record owners and Unruh is the buyer under an Agreement <br />' for Deed of the following described remises: <br /> P <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND <br /> HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF <br /> ("Premises"), <br /> which Premises are located outside of the corporate limits of the City and are contiguous thereto; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, McCanes and Unruh desire to annex said Premises to the City, but only <br /> upon certain terms and conditions; <br /> WHEREAS, the City agrees that the terms and conditions, as contained herein, are <br /> reasonable and acceptable; and, <br /> WHEREAS, hearings have been held and notice given as required by law. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations <br /> made and assumed herein, and pursuant to the authority of 65 II.CS 5/11-15.1-1 et seq., the City ', <br /> and Sun`N Fun agree as follows: i� <br /> 1.
