That the Agreement, a copy of which is hereto <br /> attached, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Howard D. <br /> Bell, Dorothy L. Bell, Scott H. Bell, and Douglas V. Bell, owners <br /> of real estate located at 112 E. Prairie Street for the <br /> restoration work as set forth in said agreement, using funds made <br /> available by the Community Development Block Grant Program be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
