Such im- <br /> provements must be consistent with the architectural character of <br /> the building and be maintained without alterations for a period <br /> of twenty years . <br /> Consistent with program guidelines, a grant for 80 percent of the <br /> project cost in an amount of $10, 392 . 00 is recommended. <br /> /sj s <br />
