Reed, Mass Transit Administrator <br /> Subject: IDOT Operating Assistance Grant Agreement for FY'95 <br /> Upon City Council approval, the attached resolution will authorize the execution of a <br /> Downstate Operating Assistance Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation. The <br /> State will reimburse the City for 45% of the eligible operating expenses of the Decatur Public <br /> Transit System in FY'95 (July 1, 1994 thru June 30, 1995). <br /> The mass transit operating budget for the State fiscal year is estimated at $2,170,000, of <br /> which IDOT's share will be $975,000. The first quarterly reimbursement for FY'95 is expected <br /> in December, 1994. <br />
