� ' ' � —2— � <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The Consultant will carry out in a professional manner a comprehen- <br /> -� <br /> sive architectural /historical survey of �two neighborhoods : The Milli- , <br /> kin Neighborhood (bounded by West Main Street , North Oakland Avenue , I, <br /> West Eldorado Street , and Haworth Avenue) ; and the Westend Neighbor- I <br /> hood (bounded by Fairview Park, North Fairview Avenue , West Main �'� <br /> Street , and North Westlawn Avenua) . Said neighborhoods contain '�, <br /> approximately 404 properties. In undertaking this project , the I <br /> Consultant will implement it in the following manner : <br /> 1. INVENTORY AND PHOTOGRAPHING OF BUILDINGS <br /> The Consultant will inventory and photograph each building in each of <br /> the neighborhoods to be surveyed . Each of the buildings inventories <br /> will be recorded on an individual survey form. Information to be <br /> noted on each survey form (which will be numbered sequentially) will <br /> include the location and description of the building, photo reference <br /> number , the approximate construction date of the building , any physi- �i <br /> cal changes in it , available historical information about the building , <br /> as well as its potential eligibility for listing on the National Reg- <br /> ister of Historic Places . <br /> Each building will be photographed with a standard SLR camera using <br /> black and white film. Each photograph will be 3�" x 5" in size , <br /> printed on medium weight Kodak Polycontract Rapid RC paper. Photo- <br /> graphs will be dry mounted on the survey forms and the forms will be <br /> placed in 8�" x 11" clear vinyl sheet protectors . Photo negative <br /> strips will be inserted into individual acetate photo negative envel- <br /> opes . The negative envelopes will be indelibly labeled with the roll <br /> number and frame of the film strip it contains . <br /> Two complete sets of the survey forms (with photos) will be assembled . <br /> 2 . SURVEY MAP <br /> A survey map or maps of the neighborhoods surveyed will be prepared <br /> on a map or maps made available by the CliEnt. The maps will indi- <br />
